Red Raven Salon’s Covid-19 Response

Although we have a passion for service and style, Red Raven commits to making both health and safety our top priority. Based in part on state and city guidelines, the following is a list of what to expect during your visit. Thank you for joining us in doing our part to stop the spread of COVID-19.

PREPARING FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT

We ask the following questions of all clients upon arrival and before they enter the salon:

  • Have you tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 2 weeks?

  • Have you been in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 within the past 2 weeks?

  • Have you had any of the following symptoms within the past 2 weeks:

    o   A body temperature of 100 degrees F or over?
    o   Coughing, sneezing, or sore throat?
    o   Recently lost your sense of smell or taste?

If YES to any of the above, you must reschedule your appointment (and self-quarantine until you can answer NO to all for 2 weeks).

  • When entering the salon, masks are recommended, however, no longer required.
    o   For color services, please wear a mask you do not mind getting color stains on
    o   Clients are responsible for bringing their own masks

HEALTH AND SAFETY PROCEDURES

  • We disinfect our tools, furnishings, and space with Barbicide, a product designed for salons that is certified to kill 99.9 % of bacteria and viruses to reduce viral and microbial transmission. We are COVID-19 Certified by Barbicide.

  • All towels, capes, and gowns are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each client.
